East of I-35 from the river north to about Manor Road, with East 6th, East 7th and East Cesar Chavez as the main streets.

Northeast of downtown between I-35 and Manor Road, on the site of the old Robert Mueller Municipal Airport.

A short street between downtown and I-35, south of Cesar Chavez, running down to the lake trail.

How the districts are drawn
Austin has no official neighborhood boundaries that everyone agrees on, so we use a simple, disclosed method: each district is a center point and a radius between 0.7 and 1.6 km, and every tagged place goes to the nearest center it falls inside. Places outside every radius are dropped rather than forced into a district. The center points are on the editorial policy page.
The method has known effects. Travis Heights and Barton Hills are mostly houses, so their counts are small and their residents' main streets belong to South Congress and Zilker. East Austin is large, so it gets the widest radius and the biggest count. Where a district has five or more places in one category, that pairing gets its own page; there are 21 of those at the moment.
