Travis Heights is the residential neighborhood on the hills east of South Congress Avenue. It was developed from the 1910s onward and the streets curve to follow the terrain, which is unusual for Austin. Stacy Park runs down the middle in a long green strip along Blunn Creek, with the Big Stacy and Little Stacy pools at either end.

There is very little commercial activity inside the neighborhood itself. Most of what residents use is on South Congress, which is why our count here is small: the centroid sits in the middle of the houses, and the businesses on the avenue are assigned to the South Congress page because they are closer to its center. That is a limit of the method and says nothing about whether the neighborhood is worth your time.
